Bring Back Billy

Went to first game of the season , I do not get to go much as I have weekend work commitments every other week. Still have not figured out though if a season ticket is cheaper options. Anyway took my four lads and tickets came to £70 in total of my hard earn cash.

This was the worse performance I can recall since 1998 - the team looked unbalanced and lacked direction.

Ishmaeal Miller and Mat Derbyshire will not form a partnership together. Miller is not an out and out striker but a target man who will lay off the ball for poacher like Kris Boyd. I would play Miller with Finlay.

The midfield showed one or two creative bursts but had no bite.
Mcgugan whats the crack with him ?

Camp clearly not happy not bossing the back 4 like in previous seasons. I have a feeling he is engineering a move to Swansea.

I unfortunately work in Derby and will take some stick but if Forest cannot beat Derby at home against 10 men for 88 minutes then we have some serious problems.

People have commented on the individual talent of the players on displayed but they did not play as a team and lacked any spirit. They looked as if they did not care.

SMC out and bring back Billy - if the current form continues Billy will back for XMAS - ND time to eat some humble pie.

Do you seriously believe Billy would be given the job again?! Get real.

I love It Notts Florest at sixes & sevens. Well done Rams. The only cup you lot will win is a tea cup.

I would be happy to see Billy Davies back at Forest, and Steve McClaren resigning but that isn't going to happen. For one thing, I doubt Doughty would admit his BIGGEST* mistake and rectify it, and another, McClaren will be wanting to prove just what a good manager he really is.

*Yes, he's made more than one.

the team reminds very much of the one which was relegated to league 1. No passion, leadership or
direction. ND has taken us down before, looks like he has every intention of doing it again.
I've said it before and I'll say it again, we are the Sheff Utd of last season, we all know what happened to them. Bring back King Billy.

Roy, maybe the squad isn't amillion miles away from the one which reached 2 x play offs, personnel wise, but with confidence the way it is, both on and off the pitch, I find it extremely difficult to see us anywhere but mid table at very best. The squad is numerically smaller, and I don't really see any improvement in quality. Sheff U started last season with the same problems, they didn't address them, and as I said look what happened. We have identified the problems, ie left back, but have made absolutely no move with regard to rectifying them. I don't like dislike Stevie McC at all, but feel BD was far more suited to this division.
