I’m beginning to take notice of the kid and it sounds like he’s tearing up the Eredivise in his first season of professional football after turning 19:
- 29 games/22 starts
- 11 goals/10 assists
- 72 chances created/63 shots
- 45 take-ons/32 tackles
- Vitesse player of the year 17/18
- Eredivisie 17/18 Team of the season
Looks an exceptional talent. Dare I say there’s a bit of De Bruyne about him with the elegance and poise he shows on the ball. Apparently he’s been told to report back to the club for pre season.

Yeah, well done to him, he’s done well. Unlike Baker Mount seems to be getting involved in general play too. He shared similar qualities to Eriksen and KDB. Don’t underestimate how well this loan went, he’s up there with the best young players in Erividsie, such as Kluivert and Neres, who are both linked with some of the biggest sides in Europe for £30m+. Mount was in both the Erividsie TOTS and voted Vitesse POTY.
Another loan would be ideal (Germany/France?) I think although with Europa there’s potential for him to come back and actually get decent game time.

He’s really benefitted from playing in the Europa this season. As tempting as it is to bring him back, I think it’s best he has another loan and develops away from the spot light. Rumours are that Reading are keen for a loan deal.

Traore is not a success for us and we had to sign Matic back ffs

Send him on a 2 year loan to some German team.
No space for him currently at Chelsea. EL next season should be used to give Ruben and Ampadu game time.
