Personally I think this will be a really good appointment for Arsenal.

The new manager at Arsenal looks like a pure coaching role. The New backroom structure thats in place has disolved many of the old style managers role. For this reason, having a young Arteta coaching the players is not a bad option.

It could turn out to be a hell of a signing or it could be a flop.
