So we swop a defending right back for a wing back who apparently is not as good at the defending but brilliant at attacking
Any truth on his lack of defensive abilities?

Well, he’s a winger that’s been converted to a wing back and done well.

How effective his defending is is anyone’s guess. This signing only fits if Puel stays though. He clearly wants attacking full backs in his system.

Signing players like this without certainty over the manager would be stupid for me. We’ll just end up with more Slimanis and Nachos. Expensive and decent talent that just doesn’t fit in to the way we play!

Pretty certain Puel is staying so it would be his signing and matches with his style.

We can only hope it works out once he's got his squad in place.

I see we're supposedly still after this Patrick Roberts from man City as well.

I don't think you're allowed to say that here Miami, BS said that the majority of fans KNOW that Puel won't be here next season, I'm watching SSN continuously, waiting for the announcement. Meantime there are a couple of interesting players that I suppose the scouts must be looking at ready for the next manager when he arrives??
