Okay so we're being absolutely destroyed, I won't deny it. Totenham are playing with real class whereas Liverpool are lucky to be out of their half. We can use the referee as a scapegoat but it won't hide the gaping cracks we have.
Never really liked Adam and he's done nothing to convince me today, I hope he's the one that gets the chop when Gerrard is back.
But let's take some positives. we've had a tough start to the season. away games to Arsenal, Stoke and Tottenham so seven points wouldn't sound overly terrible with a squad that clearly hasn't gelled yet.
To only be 1-0 down with 9 men and the worst Liverpool performance I've ever seen and the best Tottenham performance I've ever seen isn't actually that bad. I mean that can all change but if one goal separates those performances it could be exciting to see what it's like when we hit top form.
Congratulations to Tottenham so far but don't judge me when I say I'm still in firm belief we'll have the fourth spot this time come May.

Makes you realise how far Pool are off from the Manchester teams. Tottenham 1 - 5 Manchester City, only a couple of weeks ago.

I will tell you some of the reasons we play crap away from. WE are not allowed to get physical what so ever. We were trash today. But seriously to have two players sent off YOU really need to ask whats happening in the PL. And ive stated 100s of time i do not like the refs in the premier league. The bad refereeing started on day one. When a sunderland player BY the rules the refs love so much should have been sent off. But it seems the refs are only harsh on us..

Otherwise agree, but this wasn't the worst Liverpool performance by a mile. I could pick 10 games over that from last season under Hodgepog.

I'm not making excuses for what was a shocking performance but, I find it strange that we committed 9 fouls (according to the BBC stats) and received 6 cards. Spurs committed 10 and received 1 card.
That doesn't excuse the performance in any way shape or form. We looked awful from the get go.
