Just to put this into perspective, a lad I know was killed in the IoM TT practice tonight. His brother has raced one of my bikes there too.

While I get the Terry hate, I also don't, he obviously had a big influence in the villa dressing room, injured but when he returned their clime up the table was no coincidence, he is a leader, he is a winner and he is a mate of Lampard.

Since his odds tumbled when his name was first mentioned and the no way to a first timer taking a prestige job like this, most Rams fans seem positive and coming around to the idea, contacts, winner, new ideas and as a player forward thinking that Lampard was.

So why not the same mentality as a manager with 30k eager fans to wish you well.

So why not have a backbone that you trust, Morris, GK coach, Terry and so on.

Don't think it will happen as a player, wages might put paid to that but don't be shocked if it's a tracksuit job but still a registered player for Terry.

Just sayin mind.......
