Foderingham would raise the most funds, so i'd be tempted to sell him and go with McGregor as number 1. Alnwick as number 2 and McCrorie on loan to the Championship or Premiership if possible.

Question marks exist around the futures of Alves and Cardoso.

News reports yesterday were Wallace would not play for us again so sounds like he's going to be moved on.

Dodoo looked to be out the door but Gerrard seemingly in interested in holding on to him.

Step 4 - Identify targets and prioritise them.

Top target must be a young to mid 20s CB to give us a proper foundation. Goldson looks to have be identified for this position.

Then another CB as minimum with more to be recruited if Alves or Cardoso exit.

Another, yes another CM. Rossiter, McCrorie and Jack can all perform the defensive role in there but we still miss a bit of cutting edge in there Dorrans i would move up to 10 as cover for Windass at present. Docherty hasn't shown enough for me but its early days, even so he's more of a workhorse up and down CM rather than one who plays killer balls and has great vision. Rumours of that wee scrote McGeoch for this position don't fill me with hope. Maybe Arfield could be considered for this one?

A right winger, Middleton i'd like to see make a few appearances but we need to improve upon Candeias with someone who can also beat a man and provide more threat.

Then up top, we need 2 strikers for real fierce competition for places to kick Morelos on and give us genuine quality options we missed last season.
