Brazil fell apart in 2014 partly because of the loss of Neymar and partly because of a lack of balance in their side when opposing teams pressed their midfield.

They don't have such issues now. Much more of a stable balanced team and more able to cope without Neymar.

They have a complete stroll to the semis, Costa Rica, The Swiss and Serbia in their group. Probably Mexico/Sweden in the last 16 and then 1 of England/Belgium/Colombia in the QF.

They have the most balanced team at the tournament, with top players in every position. Virtually the entire squad plays in Europe these days so I think old never win in Europe rule will go.

There is no better squad at this tournament and they have a route that Mr Magoo could operate

Argentina don't have a better side than Croatia, never mind Brazil! Take Messi out and they'd struggle to get out of the group. He had to come out of international retirement just to make sure they qualified. They may have a good attack but the rest of the squad is dogsh1t.
They'll go out to Spain in the quarters if they even get out of the group.
