A lot of Chelsea Fans are waiting for the club to announce Conte’s replacement (Sarri) but Conte’s still in his position/role.
It should be strange (imo) but it now feels normal.
One thing I would say, is surely the club/board are aware of the speculation around Conte’s position, surely they could have ended this if there was no truth in the rumour that they’re looking to replace him if there was no truth?
If we’re waiting for Conte to resign, I think our board should realise by now, that they’re absolutely naff at playing chicken.
Is it strange? Or shouldn't it be strange?

Strange or not, I wish they'd clarify what's happening!

Can just imagine Marina pushing Conte towards an open door where Perez is waiting and Conte clinging to the walls like a baby.
Marina screaming for Perez to help but he's not too fussed

Got to be killing Chelsea in the transfer market, other teams are making moves and Chelsea seem to be standing still from a poorer starting position than many of their rivals.
I want to see them solve the manager issue as soon as possible so they can start building for next season, intrigued at what they will do tbh.

Chelsea seem to be in limbo, almost self destruction.
Add in the fact that PSG are sniffing round Kante.

Perhaps it's to do with the Abramovic situation?

According to Abramovich, or those close to him at least that has no bearing on it from what i've read.

Fair enough but they wouldn't admit it if it did, would they?
