Edouard Deal Done- 4 Year Contract.

"Odsonne Edouard has agreed a four-year deal with Celtic , according to reports in France.

The Paris Saint-Germain striker is set to become the Hoops record signing after a successful loan spell last season."

"There's not believed to be any add-ons but PSG have reportedly inserted an undisclosed sell-on fee.

Brendan Rodgers' side have been given until close of play on Friday to force a deal over the line before other clubs are allowed to enter the bidding for the France U19 international.

However, Edouard has stated his preference is to make the switch to Glasgow full-time after nine goals in 22 appearances last term and it’s expected his transfer will be announced today."

--------

I'm surprised by the fee, but happy as he's a known quantity and outscored Moussa and Leigh for minutes on the pitch last season, this also sends a message to clubs sniffing around our players that it's likely gonna take real money make us do business.

There was a Glasgow art collected called Frank Huell. He acquired a Monet a number of years ago.

He was in the pub one night boasting about it when Zach overheard him. Zach asked to see it and the guy invited him back to his house.

F. Huell and his Monet are soon parted.

Aye it's grim.

Only found out about CRM a wee while ago and some of his furniture is really interesting. Find his architecture a bit hit and miss, same with his later work/paintings.

But then I'm not a fan of art nouveau, although I can still respect the quality of it.

His tea rooms would've been a sight to see in their heyday.

Even if the outer brickwork is damaged, they might be able to keep/maintain it by supporting it with additional framework. What did the inside of the building look like prior to the first fire?.. could you see the brickwork etc. If so, additional steelwork would ruin the aesthetic unless architects can incorporate it into it somehow.

Is a real shame as it looked a bonnie building from some of the stills I've seen of it.
