Although it seems, just as in politics, England wants to dictate what happens to the other nations in this Union of ours.

I would like a referendum to see if the English want Scotland to remain part of the Union.....it would be a landslide......

The oil also. Ideal time for Scottish independence I’d imagine was about 90, given the n sea reserves around then.

Baz, possibly. Although I'm sure you're aware that in the late 70s and through the 80s there were a series of reports about the amount of oil that were made top secret so as not to prompt an independence movement.

I'm looking forward to another vote soon in the next few years.

We have a UK national team already, it's called ENGLAND. Be honest only Bale would get anywhere near any combined XI.
I consider myself ENGLISH, not BRITISH, I always put that on official forms.
