What changes should Southgate make?
A wonderful (and rare) feeling waking up after winning our first game in a World Cup as itโs only ever happened 3 times before!
But where do we need to improve?
Who should be starting and who needs dropping?

for me, Vardy has to play.... I think by the look of our lack of finishing.. (Kane aside) - we really need Vardy in there. I'm not sure how the formation or system would work with him playing though.

Young out no question, Alli out (only if he's injured though).... Sterling.. hmm, difficult that ! - I like Sterling, not up top though!!

We're going to start the same XI every match until we go home unless there's an injury

No point playing Vardy in games where we will be on the front foot against bus parking teams.
Against Belgium, he would make a good super sub.

hmm, yeah good point, having said that, Vardy would of put away those chances that Lingard missed, and also put away the one that Sterling fluffed (all be it off side anyway)
my point is he is a finisher, a proper striker, he would also give that energy defending from the front due to his engine and ability to press.

The whole back line against Tunisia was right footed which led to all our attacks coming down Trippier's side due to Ashley Young having to cut in on his right footed every time. The whole point of this system is to keep the width so no doubt Danny Rose should be coming in for Young, it makes sense to have a left footed player at LWB.
