So United have signed a diminutive midfielder: https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/44380621
Are we about to see a change of tactics from Jose, or can he still park a bus with a shortie midfield man

Mid life crisis for Jose.
Wants to play like Peppa?

I thought you meant under £2m and not two metres.

Fred & Dalot are very odd signings.
United's whole approach to the transfer market has been scattergun since Fergie left, but you could at least see the logic of 99% of the transfers in isolation. Even Fellaini, Moyes needed someone familiar at the time after failing to get Baines, even if he was never United quality.
Fred isn't a Jose player. Tricky little player with a bit of flair but doesn't make the best in game decisions, the way Jose sees the game he'll offer him nothing Herreira isn't already giving him. If that's United's alternative to Milinkovic-Savic it's a poor one.

I think a day will come when some clubs shall sign 8 foot or 2.4 m tall players.
