I’m having this ridiculous argument with a deluded Chelsea fan who thinks that Salah scoring 44 goals and Hazard scoring 17 goals in the last season isn’t a good enough reason for Salah being better.
Please, for my own sanity, tell me Salah is better.
Who’s better, Hazard or Salah?

Pointing out his delusions and contradictions while watching him trip over himself has kept me going on many boring long work hours.

Yeah, that’s what this is...

Could/should De Gea have done better at the World Cup?
Well, yes, undoubtedly. There was the Ronaldo howler, the general feeling of insecurity whenever he had to claim a ball or come off his line, and his committing way too early for an appalling 0/6 facing penalties.
Could/should he be replaced as Spain's no.1?
No, definitely not for the time being anyway. Kepa's far too young and inexperienced, and any other competition is miles behind.
Is he the world's best 'keeper?
Just off the top of my head, I'd rather have any one of Oblak, Neuer or Ter Stegen. De Gea is probably a step down, at the Courtois level.
DDG might be the best shot stopper, and he's exceptional from close range, but Memo Ochoa's also a fabulous shot stopper and he doesn't get 5% of the hype De Gea gets.
Exceptional shot stopping aside, the rest of his game is either 'yeah, fine' (but nothing to write home about), okayish, or frankly in need of improvement.
Could he become the best?
Yes, but he'd have to join R. Madrid for that.

ioag De Gea is better than Oblak or Te Stegen and definitely better than Courtois's version in Premiership.

Courtois has been taking the p*ss out of Chelsea for two seasons. He doesn't want to be there, even your own fans say so.
I also recommend that you watch some more LaLiga. Oblak and Ter Stegen are both excellent shot stoppers, only just short of DDG if at all, but both are also noticeably stronger in the air and coming off their lines.
