At 7pm they will face the very talented team of Serbia and I predict it will be curtains for the woeful Brazilians this evening,I predicted it at the start as my footballing knowledge is encyclopedic!
They were garbage on home soil and got mullered 7-1 by Ze Chermans,so why on Earth anyone honestly believed they were going to win in Russia of all places just four short years later is baffling?
So ate logo Brazil and see you again in four years, where you'll still be just as rubbish as you are now you massive, overpaid Primadona chokers!
Brazil out today?

Uruguay were honking in the opening two games. No chance.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
No one has ever won a tournament as a slow starter, plus all the other big sides have looked great, so yeah Uruguay have no chance.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
A relative minnow performs poorly for 2 games and you're tipping them for the World Cup after 1 good performance in a game both teams were already qualified in.
I'll bookmark for the inevitable exit
----------------------------------------------------------------------
2x World Cup winning minnows Uruguay. Semis and Quarters in the last 2 WC after Suarez getting banned in each. Copa America winners in the last few years. 3 of the worlds best players in Suarez, Cavani, and Godin, 2 of the worlds best young players Bentancur and Gimenez. 100% record at this tournament, aye those minnows.
Who is your tip then Ronald?

68 years ago, what relevance does that have to them now? They've been a minnow for years, one that has performed well but to seriously consider them as winners especially after having seen them play 3x i'd say you're off your head.
Bentancur is a decent prospect but he didn't even get 1000min under his belt in all competitions for his club this season so your miles off in calling him one of the the best young players in the world.
I think it will be Spain.

Italy '82 and Spain '10 spring to mind.

Sorry SF, just realised your earlier comment was sarcastic.

Spain have been a nervous wreck at the back, and Hierro has looked at a loss so far as to finding solutions to our defensive frailty.
The bracket looks to have really opened up for us, but I have serious doubts we'll even make it past Russia. Even if we do, I'd be surprised if we get past Croatia, providing they make the QFs.

They'll probably scrape through, Coutinho has been their go-to man so far and he'll likely step up again. I hope they go out though, Neymar does my head in.
As does the media going on about "samba football" or whenever there's a back-heel or a step over on the halfway line it's "Oooh, Brazil have arrived" as they trudge to a draw or a narrow win.
My first tournament was USA 94, since then I think I've seen one Brazil team that excited me and that was the one with the three R's, Cafu and Carlos.

I think Croatia, Argentina, Uruguay will make semis. England maybe another one if they aren't in Croatia's side of draw.
