Top three's, best and worst

There's been a few Germans worse than Messi,and Neymar.

Best three have been Godin, Modric, Carrillo so far.

Yeah Modric has been good. Maybe a tiny bit of bias on my part. I didn't expect much from Lingard but he has been excellent.

Neymar for all his antics has still scored 2 goals and looks dangerous ever time he gets the ball. Guy has also just come bk from being 3 months out.

That’s fair, lingard has been excellent. but let’s put things in context with the English players. They’ve faced no one good yet. Just cannonfodder (except the b side, who lost). But I like what I see from them so far.

Aye England have looked good, but they are traditionally mentally weak so the real test is when they come up against it

I agree, at least they can't lose to Germany or Portugal on penalties

England have looked acceptable...we stole the game from Tunisia, via our only real class player, & easily beat bunch of banana farmers as expected
