For a country that has a reputation for flair and great style of football, why do they keep hiring such awful managers.
Leaving Douglas Costa and Firmino on the bench for Willian and Gabriel ‘tap in’ Jesus is madness.

Tite is not a bad coach. This Brazil team is not just special
----------------------------------------------------------------------
This, they are rubbish just like they were 4 years ago the most overhyped team in the World by some distance!

More over hyped than England?

Brazil football has gone off a cliff since 2002 and that is down to the rise of European clubs and in particular the face they are taking all of Brazil’s talent from such a young age
The nation has become a feeder for the bundasliga, la liga and Portugal. As a result they have lost their identity as a footballing nation and haven’t been any good since Ronaldo played for them.
Of course the top Brazilian players always ended up at real Madrid or inter or Barca but now European clubs are hoovering up all the talent
Brazil are far better under Tite than they were under Dunga, but ultimately as a powerhouse they are finished

Exciting to watch that style of football.
10 times more interesting than watching Spain faff about for instance. However, they are invariably 'incomplete'. No great shakes as goalkeepers and their defensive coaches are always 'still on the beach'.
No idea how to coach defending

Said at the beginning of the tournament the Brazil love in grates on me. My first WC was USA ‘94 and I’ve seen one semi-exciting Brazil team in my life time (2002) but it doesn’t stop the media playing samba music during their first game and the “whoah, Brazil are here” type comments when they play sh*t but win and some of their players pull out a few back heels and flicks on the halfway line.

It’s brazil......
If football stopped tomorrow or we were showcasing the beauty of football to an alien race........ Brazilian football would be the reference point and probably always will be!
No other nation even comes close!

I think you may be living in the past there pal
Brazil haven’t won a World Cup since 2002. They haven’t reached a final since 2002.
Their invincibility was destroyed by Germany in 2014 and I’m not sure they have fully recovered
They are a shadow of the teams that would arrive at each World Cup as the standout favourites every time. Times have changed......European clubs are ruining them
