Genius, to be fair this hate towards Spurs players was to be expected from some of the morons on the board, as soon as England departed the world cup. England as a whole were simply not good enough, without the Spurs players goals, England would have scored the sum total of three goals.

If Arsenal as an institution gave a damn about home grown talent then maybe we would have reached the final. As it stands there input to this world cup is a disgrace. Don't blame Tottenham.

Wilshire cannot even get in an awful Arsenal team, so why would you think he would have done any good for England. He is now on a downward spiral, by moving to West Ham.

On the flip side though, certain posters like Sandy have been trying to own the England success when things were going well, gloating about how this England team is built on Spurs. Well a couple of those Spurs players didn’t step up when needed last night - he can’t have it both ways.

Most fans are pretty proud of England this tournament. Not the hardest route, but played 4 group winners in 6 matches
