Reminded me of that guy on every sunday league team who was fast as lightning but couldn't play for crap. Gave defenders nightmares and freed up more space for the better players to take advantage of.
Even if the end product was lacking, he was incredibly useful but the formation wasn't right to take advantage of what he did bring to the side.

Would have taken Kane off before Sterling in this game.
Kane plodded around for 120 mins offering absoltuey nothing

Kane really shrank after that double miss. I don't recall seeing him shape up to shoot or run off the shoulder of a defender once after that.

Kane didn’t even dive to win tactical fouls in this game, which he’d done effectively before
Not blaming anyone. We did well, better than expected. When Croatia woke up, they simply were better..
