Stephen Thompson is no longer part of Dundee United.
A deal has been struck to purchase his shares, with chairman Mike Martin, director James Fyffe and two other local businessmen now acquiring his shares.
Goodbye and good riddance.
This is positive news and allows the club to move forward. Hopefully we'll see those who said they were going to stay away from the club while Thompson was involved return and hopefully it'll provide a welcome boost to the season ticket sales which have been poor - under 4k.

Just wonder how things would have transpired without McNamara, or even if those contract details never leaked out. A lot of our downfall spawned from that point. Well, that and the suspension/sacking of Stevie Campbell.
