SSN have just said Napoli pulled out of a deal to sell City Jorginho & told him he HAD to sign for Chelsea.

They said as recently as 48 hours ago, Jorginho made it clear he wanted Manchester, but Napoli said he had to go to Chelsea

Apparently the extra money Chelsea have paid is the exact amount of Sarri's compensation fee!! City have accused Napoli of being utterly unprofessional in their dealings with them
