Anderson

Why did he choose the Chelsea game to have an off day? Admittedly Fletcher was equally culpable in giving away possession cheaply but Anderson almost gifted Chelsea an easy opening early in match.

From that error on his head dropped and it appeared to me he was trying to hide, he was shying away from the ball. He was a passenger.

Yes we won but we did it without a central midfield.

So wrong. But can you tell me why a 23yr old athlete is fat and awful

======

Is Ando over weight or does he just have big bones? There is scientific evidence linking obesity with people with big bones.

That finding does not necessary lend to the assertion Ando is over weight. If he was over weight then it would impact on his match fitness and stamina.

Ando was not substituted because of his weight but because as a midfielder he was ineffective. No other reason. As a tactical move Fergie often subs him a few minutes before the game concludes.

TCP, you have been over playing the same argument without any substantive evidence. Unless you can back up what you are spouting then I have no choice but to conclude you are here WUMing and will alert the mod.

Now how do you want to play this?

Watch a football match and focus on Anderson. Not the end result. Then tell me

Is that your epitaph or a summation of current intellect? It certainly correlates with the latter in the way you have engaged in debate and applied logic [lack of]

Tell you what?

We have discussed a multitude of reasons behind Anderson's non performance. Have you taken note? Because if you had then the question you pose has already been answered!

The limitations of your ability to debate is embarrassingly clear for all to see. Have some dignity.

A few smilies do not add strength to you nonsensical argument, it emboldens your limitations even more.

I think Fletch slowed the game down, which affected Ando, not trying to pass blame, but if Cleverly was in the flow would have been faster and more suited to how Ando's been playing, even Giggs or Park, but we DO need to get Fletch back in the mix, and he was "decent"

If you are comparing to the Anderson of this season it was certianly an iffy game, but this was a tough one for central midfielders to dominate in (for both sides).

Fletcher wasn't that much better. Carrick was....well Carrick. Did anyone notice Evans and a few other United players throw their hands in exasperation when a well worked move out of defence was just get pinged back to David De Gea by Carrick when a counter was on?

I thought ramires was the standout central midfielder of the game; every one else was average or worse.
