So we FINALLY got Sarri in and a new signing. But there's still lots of uncertainty surrounding the futures of many players at the club.
Courtois. Seems likely to leave, and to be honest, I hope he does. I've had enough of his nonsense over the last two years. If he wants Real so badly, let him go, if we get some cash for him. If RM don't I'd personally like to see him play reserve team football just for being the complete as*hole that he is.
Hazard. Seems that Hazard may go too. To be fair, he's never said anything bad about the club and if we get close to 200 million for him, fair enough. It may be time that both he and Chelsea moved on.
Kante. I think he's the player we have to keep. For me, he's our best player and most important. I really hope he stays.
Morata. While I don't think he can be as awful as he was last season, if we can get our money back, I wouldn't mind seeing him go. I hope we buy someone better than Higuain though!
As for arrivals. We need to replace anyone who leaves. We need a top striker and a top defender. Assuming Azpilicueta will play right back, we may need a proper left back too.

Luiz will probably be sold. Can’t see him doing well in a back 4. But Sarri does love ball playing CB’s.

You're not getting close to 200 million for a player that has 2 years left on his contract. 100-120 million tops.

Courtois is going that is certain, i can't see past Alisson replacing him.
If Hazard is going to leave for Madrid as well then we MUST insist on Asenssio as part of the deal.

I wonder if Courtois would entertain going back to Atlético, allowing you to land Oblak. It seems it's like the city he yearns rather than any particular club.
Oblak's current release clause isn't far off what Roma are asking for Alisson. Maybe the possibility of getting Courtois in the same trade and dealing their cross-city rivals a blow would sweeten the deal enough for Atlético to chop a few million off Oblak's price.
