Granted we probably get into them more than we should, but in light of rumours Sarri wants shot of Bakayoko i thought i'd bring into light how good we seem to be at fixing things when we get them wrong.
Apart from Torres, i can't recall any real times we have stood by duds when they clearly aren't working. Most clubs would have given Scolari and AVB more time because it was "right" we realized it weren't working with either, acted accordingly and got three trophies out of it. When players flop (ala Cuadrado, Sheva, Baka, Boulahrouz Del Horno) they are gone/well down the pecking order within a year, two max.
When you consider how long Arsenal stuck by Wenger after he was clearly losing it (and also how he stuck by underperforming players) or how it's taken Liverpool over half a decade to fix their keeper issue's and still play Lovren or how United are giving Fellaini a new deal (the clear examples out of the top of my head) it does put into perspective how good it is that we rectify mistakes pretty quickly, even if we do make them more often than we should.
Fixing messes we get into

Devil's Advocate Chelsea signing Higuain would be a big mistake by Chelsea.I would rather have Arnautovic than Higuain and both of them are not good enough in my opinion.I agree with other signings.

I agree with you, but the fact is no manager of ours in the Roman era has lasted outside the top 4 for longer than 3 months before getting sacked (and that manager was the best in our history). All different reasons for that but it's a factual statement.
With Sarri that's a very genuine possibility in season one, maybe even season two depending how quickly the squad takes to him, and that can't be the bases by which we judge him otherwise it renders bringing him in meaningless in the first place. His brief has to be centered around quality of football and how well it's received around the world (the business prospective).

As a club, we are in disarray. However, it you look at the facts and figures last season, we spent more time in the top 4 than both Spurs and Liverpool and more time second than United over the season. The media has almost forgotten that the reason we threw it away last year was Conte's arrogance and mismanagement of the squad. Instead of making Morata feel great - he made him unrecognisable from the player he was pre-Christmas. Instead of playing to Hazard's strengths - he used him centrally and as a false striker. David Luiz - a popular figure within the squad was marginalised. Despite this, had we won our last two games we could even have snuck into the top 4.
We need two or three more players and replacements for any first XI players that may go and we're a good team again. More importantly - we need to create a decent atmosphere at the club and in the dressing room again.

Conte won the league with Mourinhos team as well so...

Conte won better trophies in two seasons with Mourinho’s team than Mourinho himself won in his second stint? That’s pretty shameful that Jose can’t even get as much out of his own team as someone else...

Uh... no? Conte won in two seasons the pl and fa Cup. Mourinho won in one season both the pl and the carling cup. The first season was a rebuilding season. Mourinho basically did what Conte did in two years in one year and he did it while competing in the CL as well which conte didn’t have to deal with in the year he won the league. Mourinho also reached a champions league semi final in his second period in charge of Chelsea. Conte got nowhere near that.
Try harder

I think Erik is actually Mourinho.
The kind of thing Mourinho would do, go on a fan forum undercover and perpetuate a myth of himself.

Glad we got rid of Lukaku and Salah, Up until now we still wouldn't know of Salahs talent as he wouldn't have been in a good set up for him to flourish. Lukaku, Like Morata is just garbage. Don't let any Utd fan foaming at the mouth tell you any different.
The De Bruyne one stings like a b!tch tho.

I love how Erik disregarded a season as it was a rebuilding season - FYI, Conte won the league in a rebuilding season, broke records in the process and somewhat pioneered a new PL system that other teams mimicked!
Anyway, Morata has Chelsea fans pining for the return of Drogba, hasselbaink or Costa, whilst Lukaku surely has Utd fans pining for van nisterlrooy, Ronaldo, Cantona... You get my gist. Luckily for both clubs, they both must be able to do better than last season (though it sounds on here that the utd fans are pleased with the return Lukaku gave them last year).
What's obvious is that the utd fans are passionate of mourinho, we were once upon a time too, so good luck to them! It's odd as the utd fans I know in person are pretty indifferent towards him
