Yeah unfortunately. Notts County won the last AI cup but I thought it was a good comp tbh for the 1st (then 2nd division) and the fans loved it. CWC was good too.

I'll have to show you more respect.

My own earliest football memories date back to the late 70s.

Ah, only just checked and saw the AI Cup went on up to the 90s. I thought it was a 60s/70s thing.

Yeah it was on the old champ manager on the amiga. Memories!

My first football memory was probably euro 84 with platini and us winning the EC sat with my brothers.

Euro '84 was memorable for Spain...until the final, that is. Still, no-one in Spain expected us to make it that far after our sh*tshow in Spain '82.
