Good business for me. Read a bit about how McLean might be good in the Championship and don't really get it. He runs around a lot so people cut him some slack but in the 3 years I'm generally struggling to think of a stand out moment. Every cross is either blocked by a defender or smashed over to East Stand car park somewhere. Don't really see what will change in the Championship.
Another player in his 30's or almost off the books replaced by Barnes who already looks a better player. Positive for me.
