Sarri is known for working with the squad he has and not asking for transfers, which is precisely what caused the fractious relationship with conte.

Rugani is needed and by signing Green and releasing Eduardo we can sell Cahill or Drinkwater or maybe Barkely for a profit maintain our homegrown quota and get better quality for little outlay. Green will just be on the coaching staff but has a use to the squad by making up the numbers.
