As someone who sat through every terrible home game LvG served up I can say with surety hat despite his shortcomings he always set up to win. The football wasn’t great, but it was as ineffective under Mourinho in the second half of last season.

I'm on high dosages of oxycodone and diazapam, with a few extras added in... When they kick in fully I'll be in zombie mode... A slight problem with a tolerance building as 2 weeks post op but the sweet spot still comes, just not as quickly

Cauda equina syndrome... It's worth a read if you ever suffer with back pain.... Rare but dangerous

I went from a twinge or two to loss of feeling below the waist... Thankfully not all red flag conditions hit (you can lose control of bodily functions)... But its emergency spinal surgery or possible permanently fecked

Recovery is going slowly but I m getting an easier time than a lot of people who ive read in similar situations so counting myself lucky... Very lucky
