Who's More Pi55ed Off, Us or United Fans

We have tons to be positive about.... New Stadium, Good young squad, great manager, England Captain/Best player, France Captain/ WC Winner, Progress over the last few years BUT feels like we are standing still & Chairman who despite lots of +ives on the business, feels like he's holding us back from something special that might just be a couple of good signings away !!

Where as United.... Pay wages that blow rivals away, have the money to blow rivals away, are the country's biggest/ most successful club yet seem to be totally dominated by that miserable prlck who despite his superb resume looks to have lost his magic and seems incapable of going a day that doesn't plss off or alienate fans, players his own management. His management of the likes of Martial/ Rashford are not without question while some of his signings (sanchez) simply don't fit. Add all that to turgid football & its an interesting question

Long story short.. whos gonna have the better season ???

I keep reading Utd fans talk about Fred, Liverpool fans talk about Alisson, Keita n Fabinho and Chelsea fans with Jorginho.

Well for me the team that has done the best business is regrettably City. They've kept all their best players and added a PL proven one in Mahrez.

Nobody knows how all the names above with no PL experience are going to adapt. Not always that easy to just settle right in. Mahrez on the other hand will slot straight in.

City will win it by 8-12pts. No danger. The rest of top 6 are all more even.

Can't agree that it feels like we're standing still.

We're just about to have our 3rd straight year of CL football, under the lights of our new 62k seater stadium. Rewind a bit - not even that far maybe 2013 when AVB was clearing his desk and Sherwood was taking his janitors overalls off and putting his gilet on and where we are now didn't seem feasible.

With such progress comes increased expectation. As fans we are now demanding more from the club. Rightly so when you look at the dough they're getting from TV deals and the increase in ticket costs at the ground. I'm as disgruntled as the next bloke about our sloppy transfer window - although I do appreciate their is some mitigation (stadium costs, World Cup and the greater wealth of smaller clubs making transfer dealings more difficult).

As a club we are not standing still, far from it, but we need a more proactive transfer strategy not just for one window but all windows. The culture of the club needs to change so that we are scouting better, identifying key areas early and getting our business done in time to prepare for the next season. For every Dele there is an N'Koudou, for every Toby there is a Sissoko. Sometimes you get lucky - after years of being incapable of signing a decent striker we find ourselves in possession of arguably the best, and certainly the most valuable, striker in world football. But you can't rely on that sort of luck - if Kane hadn't come through we'd still be being linked with New Striker every bloody year.

Most sensible comment I've seen in a while. 100% agree. Think we'll pull something out the bag late in the window. Hope we continue with the Son/Moura/Eriksen/Toby type signings. The sort that seem to go under the radar, but then in a year or two all the richer clubs come knocking on our door for.

Has anyone seen serge Aurier’s cryptic post on Instagram?

It says keep calm the target is near and it has a little eagle emoji next to it and has been liked by Zaha.
Am I reading to much into this🤔

Whilst I don't doubt Zaha would improve you, the price will be ridiculous surely? Possibly as valuable as any in the PL, not because he is actually worth that, but without him Palace would seem to be doomed and that would cost them the thick end of £100m I should think. They would have to factor in the cost of relegation to the selling price, unless they have a replacement already lined up.
