We can’t play in the new stadium that’s the point. The club needs to be HONEST about when we can and stop treating the fans so shabbily.
No wonder Levy didn’t buy any players, he was to embroiled in this clusterfack."
Conveniently silent on the matter to. The person I feel sorry for most is Pochettino. Can't see him staying much longer if he isn't be backed and I don't blame him. Levy will force out the best manager we have had in years. Levy = pri**

I've heard the reason behind the delay was that in an attempt to cut corners and save money Spurs employed cowboy builders and one of them fitted all the seats facing the pitch.

Sandy I think the reason so many feel aggrieved is because of the dissent or lack of the full truth when purchasing their ST. Let’s not forget the club appears to have been willingly holding this info back until the very last moment. Simply with the strategy of selling as many premium ST’s as poss. They only finally held their hands up as to just how far the build was behind when a UAE supporters club outted them.

I would wager that even if they said it was a year behind before they purchased their tickets, they would have still brought them. Supporters do that. They moan and groan, but still turn up. I have been doing it for 60 years so I am in a pretty good place to judge.

Solutions ? Not lie to the bloody supporters mate and hike prices up of tickets, knowing full well the stadium wouldn't be ready. A bit of honesty would be nice sandy mate.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Well I don`t think they deliberately lied, why would they? I get your upset Don, but come on are you seriously saying a few months delay is causing you this much grief.
You will be over it soon though mate, when Spurs string together lots of wins, that usually eases any grievances.

It's not about how much is left to do that has caused the delay but part of what has already been done in relation to safety failing.
This apparently has only recently one to light. Whether supporters now choose to believe this or not is another matter.

This is almost verging on ridiculous because until this week, there was no suggestions that the Stadium won't be ready for the game on the 15th Sept.
Then out of blue, they announce a new date? While all the time taking money from fans some of whom wanted that special occasion atmosphere when the 1st game is played in the new stadium?
This is selling tickets under false pretences, which are subtle used to aid the sale.
Either the contractors are pulling the wool over Levy & co, which wouldn't surprise me or that 15th Sept date was never realistic and whoever announce it, makes everyone look like imbeciles.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Anybody with an ounce of sense, going down to look at the stadium over the past month or two, could see that it was nowhere near being finished. So not sure why all our supporters are surprised. I saw this coming months back.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
You say that but not everyone lives within 5 miles of the stadium to be able to go and see it in real time?
Most fans trust the club to issue to right statements, depicting the state of the stadium, and that's what Spurs did but their statement was that the first game would take place on the 15th Sept, then went on to sale tickets knowing clearly many fans would be attracted to being their at the unveiling?
Really sense doesn't come into it. Club should be more transparent.
With everything the club does

We are going to get into our superb new stadium a bit later than we hoped, big deal theres people dying in the world.
Can't believe how upset some folk are over something we all saw coming, I bet Chelsea wish their new stadium was this far advanced.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I have to say some of our fans are showing the same bed wetting because the stadium is going to be a bit late, as they did over Spurs buying no players. Ridiculously over the top, and some are acting like spoilt little children that are throwing their dummys out of the pram over no new players, and now a slight delay in the stadium.
Modern supporters. FFS get a grip.
