Apologies if this has been done before, but, apparently Leicester City have the "richest" player in the world in our ranks - academy player Faiq Bolkiah.
Faiq Bolkiah - son of Prince Jefri Bolkiah and nephew of the Sultan of Brunei, is a 20yr old midfielder currently with the Leicester City academy.
He previously had spells with both Southampton & Chelsea.
He also has played for the Brunei national team 9 times scoring once.
To give everyone an idea of wealth & status that surrounds him .................................. his father, Prince Jefri Bolkiah apparently owns/owned 2,300 luxury cars, 8 Boeing aeroplanes, 5 yachts, one of which is supposedly called "T*TS", 500 homes and several palaces!
He even laid on a personal concert for his son (Faiq) by bringing in Michael Jackson when Faiq was 7 yrs old at an estimated cost of $17 million.
Jefri Bolkiah has allegedly spent more money than anyone else - 15 billion dollars!
Faiq himself is said to be worth an estimated 20 billion dollars without kicking a ball. Amazing if true!
The good thing about this lad is that he wants to succeed, by himself, through hard work and training to make it in the game on merit. Fair play
It also bodes the question(s) that the owners could be in a similar circle with Prince Jefri Bolkiah. Now that would be interesting for LCFC. Very.
Richest player in the world at LCFC?

And if he doesn’t he can just buy the club and pick himself.

It’d be amazing. Drogba is player/co-owner of Phoenix Rising. Rivaldo was player/owner of Mogi Mirim in Brazil, who he then put up for sale on Instagram.
But they were stars already and bought the clubs. Imagine not being good enough so deciding to buy the club so you could play.
