On the occasions that Chelsea have won the premier league we keep hearing that unless we invest in the team we will regress and go tiits up season after-its well known that winning back to back titles is difficult.
Yet the reason most pundits are predicting that spurs will finish above us in the league is that they havent bought or sold anybody and that the stability will be decisive. Surely they must see that is totally contradictory.

Spurs have been a few superstar signings away from winning the league for two years now. But who are we to judge, if they'really happy with top 4/winning the better than Arsenal trophy more power to them

Teams improve by several means. Obviously buying the right players for the right positions is a key method, but likewise if you are a young team playing and growing together with the same coaching staff you will improve. Spurs come under the latter.
