Liverpool 2 - 1 Newcastle
A great game with two fantastic teams on show, Kane with the opener on 17 after a lovely cross from Lozano. Shots firing in from everywhere but with two good keepers and defences tboth were kept out, Newcastle equalised just after the break, a lucky deflection saw the ball at Salah's feet and he made no mistake. The points looked like they were going to be shared but a quick break from the home side saw Lozano 1 on 1 with the keeper, he rounded him and rolled the ball towards the net, it was going in but Danny Rose slid across the line to block it and was deemed to use his hands, the ref gave a pen and a resulting red card to the left back, Kane made no mistake from the spot and Liverpool took the 3 pts
Kane(Lozano, 17), (Pen, 80)
Salah (51)
Danny Rose (Newcastle)

Everton 1 - 1 Birmingham
Two vastly improved sides going at it, no holding back form either but two good keepers and misplaced shots kept the game goaless in the first half surprisingly. Everton took the lead in the second half when Brozovic came on, his powerful run and pass saw Lacazette smash home from just inside the area. However, this did not deter the away side, as their subs made an impact as well, Chiesa down the right played a nice one-two with Cristante, Chisea drove to the bye line and fired in a low cross, Cristante kept his run going and nipped in ahead of Sokratis to flick it over the on rushing Buffon, a fair result in the end
Lacazette(Brozovic, 74)
Cristante(Chiesa, 79)

Bournemouth 0 - 1 Aston Villa
A powerful defensive display from the villa back 3 kept a very exciting young Bournemouth team out today, they playe very well but just couldn't get through the Villa back line, they kept possession well and restricted Villa to pot shots which came to nothing really, the break through for Villa however came when Iniesta was introduced, he sucked in the Bournemouth midfield then slid it through the front line, they had numbers forward and between them it eventually arrived at Icardi who drove home, unlucky for the home side but their day will come
Icardi(Morata, 72)
MOTM - Bonucci
Spurs 2 v 2 Portsmouth
Two top class teams here, both who I'd expect to be in the running for CL spots come the end of the season, Spurs took a very early lead, Bailey picked up and drove to the right hand side, he played a neat ball inside to Cancelo who put in a lovely pass through the defence, Aguero finished it off superbly, The game itself was end to end and Portsmouth equalised Mendy darting down the left, he had bags of room to pick his pass out and he did to perfection, it landed straight at Griezmann's feet and one quick flick to Jesus and he smacked it home. The second half was much alike, Spurs on top early as they came out the blocks quickly, whereas Portsmouth grew into the game, but it was the quick start that got Spurs the lead again, Alonso down the left, he cut inside and into the box and drove home into the keepers left hand side leaving him stranded, this was a great game, and Portsmouth were having a go, but the Spurs defence was resolute, right up until the 93rd minute, they came forward in numbers which Spurs just couldn't cope with, the ball went out for a corner, and everyone was up, the ball came in and van Dijk rose above everyone to head home at the death
Aguero(Cancelo,9) Alonso(56)
Jesus(Griezmann, 39) van Dijk(Mahrez,93)
MOTM - Alonso
