Look at the teams that will drop down in January.
Atletico, Dortmund or Monaco
Spurs or Inter
Liverpool or Napoli
Valencia or United
That's four strong teams that will be joining.
Toughest Europa ever?

Inter of now aren't great, same for United, Valencia and Monaco of now.
Strong names, not strong teams

It always has strong names in it. Last season Atletico Madrid, Napoli, Dortmund and AC Milan were in it. So won't be much out of the ordinary this season.

You are underestimating Inter Milan and Man Utd. They both have a very very strong squads. Whilst I believe Utd will finish second, I think Inter Milan will be fighting Spurs for a second place finish in their group.
Agree about Monaco not being the strongest team, after selling all their star players who won them the league and went as far as cl semi final only a couple of years ago, but they’re still a dangerous team though.

Inter have a very decent side, especially with all the signings this summer.

Vrsaljko De Vrij Miranda Skriniar Asamoah
Vecino Nainggolan

Your group certainly isn't the toughest ever.

The same Inter that have come off the back of a stinking pre-season, failling to beat Sheffield United, FC Sion, Zenit.
This the same Inter that have 1 point from 2 games against Sassuolo and Torino?
Spurs will blow them away.
