Good off the ball and athletic. Imagine being a defender on the receiving end of a high press striker who is a real athlete.

He's not as good an athlete as people suggest, but he's not much good elsewhere so people over egg that aspect of his game.

Ekuban can't score goals. That's the long and short of it. Roofe does the same thing Ekuban does but he has end product.

Would rather we work with a young player with potential to be great as third choice than a mediocre player with potential to be slightly less mediocre.

Bamford, Roberts, Forshaw. The more we pay, the longer the injury. What kind of checks do we do when we buy players? What kind of resistance training do the players do to keep them in shape and on the pitch? It's beyond a joke. You'd get a better bargain at the clearance sale at Donkeys'R'Us.

This is silly. You want the medical staff to predict the future when they sign players. Should they be predicting that in a few weeks a player might damage their ankle I'm training or in a youth game?

They were fine when we signed them. Players get injured during the course of the season. It's nobodies fault.

Lubo, Boro got 12 million off us for what? A pair of crocks. Arranged by whom? Former Boro DOF, Orta. If you don't smell a rat you need your sinuses excavated.

Shock news as manager/Director of Football returns to former club to sign players. This happens everywhere.

Let's didn't sign Bamford because he wanted us to have an injured striker. Wtf. I'm genuinely baffled how you can lay the blame at his door for a freak injury.

We certainly have a poor record over last 12 months of players passing medicals yet missing lots of matches through injuries.

Technology is there to assess risks like this. You can never predict 100% but certainly worth the club re assessing how they are doing things, as we have 3 if our most expensive players in recent years on sidelines fir extended periods of time, massive waste of money by club so far.

I don't get how this is the clubs fault though? - how could this have been forseen?

Yes its Victor Orta's fault Bamford got injured

Bamford was fit, he's played in a few games, its just one of those things.
