I think United or Spurs have a great chance for the Carabao Cup as Im not sure how interested Chelsea will be in it as top 4 is their priority and should be their priority because finishing outside of it is a disgrace for various reasons and I think City will be focused elsewhere..

Maybe Liverpool will be your biggest rivals in the carabao cup

Finishing outside of the top 4 is a "disgrace" you might have to get used to, tbh. I think Chelsea's peak is already behind them, I can't see any of last year's top 4 giving up their place this year.
