Looking at the training pics you can see Theo, Chamakh, Benayoun will be involved. I would like to see a team something like this:
Fabianski
Jenkinson - Djourou - Miquel - Gibbs
Frimpong - Coquelin
Walcott - AOC - Ryo
Park/Chamakh
Subs from:
Chesney, Boateng, Angha, Yennaris, Aneke, Ozyakup, Benayoun, Watt.

Why is everyone so keen to see anything other than the first choice back four?
Jenkinson-Mertesacker-Koscielny-Santos.
They need all the minutes together on a football pitch possible.

Lex because if Kossy or Per get injured we are stuck with JD who has been absolutely shocking recently. I wouldn't mind Santos getting another run out though.

Blimey, if Shrewsbury can put our backline under enough pressure for any of them to end up getting injured, then we really are in trouble.
I know strains and knocks can occur at any moment, sometimes through the most innocuous of challenges - Koscielny versus Liverpool for example - but as we've seen all too often, these can also happen on the training pitch.
Given the lack of understanding at the back at the moment, I'd rather see as close to the first choice back four as possible.
It won't happen though.
That would make too much sense.

Koz, Per and Sagna were not involved in the training, so looks like JD Miquel will play

Where is Squillaci? Is it bad that I hope his injury is career threatening? Or perhaps not an injury at all?

Glad Arsene gave them a bit of time off after their exploits at Edwood Park.
