Jorginho's true impact

Even bigger than i thought.

I don't usually advocate new players to be captain, but he is running things on the pitch (not just when he has the ball but when he doesn't have it, telling players where to run/to pass etc). He probably as big a reason to such quick adaptation to Sarriball as the man himself, if not moreso.

I said before and since we signed him, if we didn't get him (or someone like him) then Sarri would've struggled this season. There's bit and pieces in the squad that can play Sarriball as we've seen, but he's the one player Sarri needed we just didn't have - in Conte's squad, out on loan or in the youth. A proper Regista

Think I mentioned it to you specifically, but this is the club learning it's lessons from AVB. Get the manager and his playmaker together, rather than give the manager a third rate version on deadline day.

Jorginho is a world class Regista. He was the successor to Fernandinho who is an absolute baller also.

Kovačić and Barkley are good players but I still feel like we are missing a goal scoring midfielder. Eriksen or Dele Alli would be sick in this system.
