We're Wolverhampton.....

So Nuno had a dream, and my god dreams can come true!
Quite simply the best Wolves team of my life, ever thought I'd see a Wolves team with so many stars! Never in my life have I yearned for match days...and the inevitable "Wolves looked amazing today, one they've always been in the Premier" From every pundit, paper and Tv station.

And it's not just on the pitch...in the Mirror today a full page interview with Jeff about how there putting another 10m in to the youth set up, and copying the Man City way.
We've also signed a FIFA player???? Off the pitch everything is coming together and on it it just gets better and better....who'd of thunked it Moxeys penny pinching could be one of the main reason we are where we are today....that and apparently our Wolf logo!!!! The 3 Birmingham teams laughed when we were sold for 30m ...well in the words of Des O'Connor "They laughed hen I said I was going to become a comedian, there not laughing now"

We are building up to something special....you can feel it, taste it, touch it...it's in the air, in the food...it's in the face of old bloke with his Wolves scarf!
Bring us a cup or European football and we'll bring you immortality!!!!!!

And why would Nuno leave? Obviously there are many many bigger teams but they have no project, no time and admiration in the way we have for him! Here he can be a God....there he gets 6 months!!!!!

"We're Wolverhampton, and now we are here!!!!"

After I got back from watching Brighton v Spurs, I watched the United v Wolves on Sky and I have to say, the scoreline in no way flatters Wolves

Some of the best moves of the game came from Wolves

You guys looking good and are being recognised for it, on merit too
Have a good season

Great to be able to get results against some of the best teams in the country and to do so playing thoroughly entertaining football. I am sure we will have some defeats along the way but I am also sure, barring a bad run of injuries, that we won’t fade away. After every game I find myself just looking forward to the next one.

The best thing is that we are standing toe to toe with the best and not just trying to sneak a point

Easily the best team we have had in decades but that was obvious a year ago to be honest.

I just love that we are sticking to our style, not just trying to neutralise the opposition. And being able to keep the momentum from last season despite having to face City & United in the opening 6 games has been nothing short of remarkable.

I must admit that I have scoffed at talk of top 4 finishes and Europe, however now, I do genuinely believe that we're not far short of that level at the moment. Whether we have the staying power to maintain that level over the season is still a valid question, but Nuno has more often than not answered all of the difficult questions he's been set so far.

I thought quietly last season that this was probably the best Wolves team I had seen (I'm 51) but Im now convince that is the case. I do still remember watching MOTD at my Nans the last time we beat United at OT. But in context Saturday's result marked something more significant. That song does get on my nerves but we are most definitely 'on our way back'.

Injuries can knock back any team and that includes Wolves, but I can’t see anything else to stop us finishing in the top half.

Agree oldgold, most impressive that we have taken on some good teams and not compromised on how we play. It’s certainly helped having money to spend, but virtually every player we have signed since Nuno has been here has been a great signing and many teams that have had rich owners haven’t got it right so quickly and so often
