City and Liverpool will be the top 2 with Chelsea probably in 3rd

That would be my summation too at the moment.

I'd fancy Spurs or United for 4th.

Arsenal an outside chance but all 3 of them needed to invest heavily and none of them did enough. Next season you would suspect given 70-80m Emery could do well if he makes astute signings.

Torreira is a player but can't say anyone else brought in has shone
