After something happened this week, Derby fans' attention is drawn back to the more important matter of a real game in Lancashire. The league is back on and it will be interesting to see how Derby County react after scoring 10 goals against a team worth £300m (?). It may be a damp squib or even worse a reality checking sobering episode.
was the reaction after Tuesday watching the emotional showing of players who wanted to play for the shirt. Yes, we are not the finished article and some of players are merely good Championship standard but we beat the second Manchester team only to have the Londoncentric press blart is on about Mourinho, Pogba and Instagram.
Florest won in their league cup encounter which means that their name is on the trophy, that's what they told us.
Davies and Evans are still out but TL could be up for a return but who can you see making way? Nugent on geriatric grounds maybe but other than that??. Mmmm.... Even then you've got to fancy Jack Marriot........not select him.......just fancy him......
Bolton have not won in their last five league games and have not beaten Derby in their last nine. And what's more they haven't scored in their last two which was what we were doing before Brentford last week

Thank goodness that Curtis will soon be back and we can put this whole ‘Just how crap IS bloody Keogh?’ behind us forever and ever.

Wirth Tomori and Keogh in such great form, I think Curtis will have to wait for an injury or a suspension (or the EFL cup clash v Chelsea to get his place back.

Ramdini, "great form" and "Keogh" are mutually exclusive.

You only have to see his bumbling effort to control the ball early in the FH at OT to know that.

Scouse, Why does he keep getting picked for Derby and N. Ireland then if he is as poor as you think? He is not perfect and would not be my choice as skipper - but he saves Derby many times in each game. I know that's his job but he would walk into any Championship side.

That would be the Republic of Ireland of course......although point well made.......

He gets picked for Eire because he’s one of the few to not have sufficient principles to stand up to Roy Keane, and he’s picked for Derby because Curtis got injured.
Lampard brought in Tomori to play him, and he made Curtis captain... it’s not rocket surgery to see what his intention is when all are fit.

Er...... Excuse me. I certainly remember Keogh getting regularly picked before we ever had Curtis Davis on our books. Keogh is one of a few - and one of the more successful central defenders to play for Derby.
And what is this new medical science? called rocket surgery. Is it similar to deliberate blindness? And pretending to attend football matches.

It's a joke Ramdini, mixing of two metaphors, brain surgery and rocket science for something difficult although rocket science isn't that hard to understand. Similar to are bears catholic and does the Pope $hlt in the woods.
