Because if he's actually better than Hazard then the chances are he showed that type of potential at Chelsea and Mou failed to identify it.

If he's actually better than Hazard there would have been some signs that it was possible back then, signs that a highly paid coach should have identifed.

Salah was bad for Chelsea.

You can be bad and still have potential, and if Salah had potential to be better than Hazard Jose should have identified that.

Why?
