Mike Dean is a bit of a tōsser really, that’s the standard referees in this country. Man Utd played a very physical game yesterday, the ref helped them get away with it, let go countless fouls unpunished.

I don't think a player can be made to look more of a tossser on a pitch than laying down pretending to be injured in his own box while the opposition are on the attack and score from it.

Very true. I don't feel comfortable watching my team blatantly time wasting and the Rashford thing wasn't great. I also think it's stupid from a psychological persoective. As teams invariably throw everything at you in stoppage time, whilst the natural instinct defensively is just to hit row Z. Trying to hold out for 6 mins is a big ask in that situation

They had to get on with it, no point wasting time, trying to change the ref’s mind when he’s already made the decision.
