Just noticed this:
Watch all the Sky Sports channels for free on the weekend of September 24-25.
With the free weekend pass, Sky Sports are giving non-Sky Sports customers a whole weekend of world-class sport for free.

PS - Is purchasing Sky/Virgin without the sports channels not like buying a chocolate tea pot?

Ive got to admit, for the extra £20 if you're a general football lover and happy to watch any games its really good value for money. some weekends me and my boyfriend have watched 4 games on a saturday and 4 on a sunday, theres easily over 20 games per month so its like paying 50p each to watch a game. They even let you cancel the sports package between may and august too!
