Keeps himself fit, yes. Fairly strong yes. Most players should in the premier are like this though.

Disagree with everything else.

The former Gladbach captain improved his performances a lot since the second part of last season.

People have already made up their minds and he can do what he want he cant succeed.

Surely the introduction of Torreira helped him a lot. His long range passing is outstanding. His physicial ability is amazing.

He isnt world class however but a very important asset in our midfield. People who dream about to replace him are wrong. Emery likes him and he is one of the players who is first on the team sheet.

We might have to replace Ramsey next summer but Xhaka who recently extend his contract will stay on.

He played in every single game. Bar an injury he will be a first teamer.

Who cares if he’s played in every game. He hasn’t started or finished every game. He’s really held down his position by default. Look at his competition.

Gwen - teenager who is in and out of the team
Ramsey - can’t play Holding role and is average anyway
Elneny - prob will be sold in Jan
AMN - injured all season

Xhaka, although at very best, a decent player, is important to this team because the other options are even worse than him. It doesn’t mean that he isn’t one of the obvious players to upgrade on in the Summer. Fitness providing, Monreal will play every game this season but not many will argue he is another player we will definitely need to upgrade on in the Summer.
