If loads of money cures mental health than you may have a point!
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I do actually wonder if it is affecting him mentally, all the adverse publicity must be playing on his mind by now!

Has to be, i wouldn't want 100k a week if i was basically going to be laughed at wherever i went.
Although not all the blame can be put at his door, he wasn't the only player to start last season well and end it frightened of his own shadow (Morata and Christensen the other prime examples) and when it happens to a group of players at the same time the manager should be looked at in my opinion.

To be fair, he has put on a shift in his last two outing.

It really is bizarre how bad he has been. He's gone from outstanding performances with a league winning Monaco that outed Man City from the CL and led to Deschamps calling him the perfect midfielder, to a player that looks like he belongs in league 1, struggling to do the most basic things on the pitch. A real weird one.

I wouldn't call him outstanding in Monaco though I never really saw him play in Monoca except for the champions league game against City. However, if you watched any of his "welcome to Chelsea" videos which is meant to show his best moments, you will notice he gave the ball away frequently

We knew we weren't getting the most technical player but the appeal to him was that he looked like everything we were missing with Matic, his surging runs forward (often evading high press in the process), another solid layer to the defence while offering energy to compliment Kante in the middle of the park.

Naah Fulham is a much better team than some teams in Premiership like Cardiff,Southampton and even my second favourite team Newcastle at present.Fulham also has one of my all time favourite ex-Chelsea players Andre Schurrle.
