Real Madrid will get either Schalke, Roma or Ajax in the last 16. Very rarely if ever do they get a tough last 16 tie. In the event they did get a tough draw, UEFA will ensure that they get the team of officials who helped them past Bayern Munich in 2017

Agreed, VVD too quick for Mertens who managed to land, take a step then fall over.
