Christian Pulisic?

I get that the club may be planning for windows where they may not be able to buy players, but is he better than CHO? Or more to the point is he worth paying the quoted fee and risking losing CHO?

And before you say, I believe CHO can play on the right.

I admit I haven’t seen much of the player in question, but I gotta say the thought of his signing does not excite me at all. But then again neither did Gus Poyet’s and look how he did for us.

William and Pedro are getting on a bit and need to be phased out of team. Unless the board are resigned to losing Hazard next year. Pusilic won’t be there to stop CHO development but to play alongside imo

He wouldn't stop the development of CHO, we need young wingers to replace Pedro and Willian.

With Hazard's future uncertain we definitely need to look to bolster that area. Not seen much of Pulisic tbh, think Sancho is ahead of him in the Dortmund side so can see him leaving but it won't be cheap.

I like CHO and also RLC.I want Chelsea to get Fekir to replace Hazard.Pulisic is one who is fashoonable but honestly,I haven't seen him play.I am not sure about him.Icardi,if bought, would be a great signing for Chelsea but sadly,Hazard might leave in the future which will be like losing 3 quality players at once as he is that good.

We need a centre forward. Why waste time on wide players. If we want to keep CHO than give him Premier League game time now and see if he's good enough between now and end of season. Hey you never know it may encourage him to stay. We should go for Zaha before Pulisic. He knows the league and Palace want Moses so why not do a deal and offload a player thats surplus to requirements? BTW RLC is growing on me. Sarri has definitely changed the guys approach and attitude.

I don't know how good Pulisic is, but obviously at 20 years old he has lots of potential - and already has a lot of experience at the highest level. If Sarri wants him - that's a good enough recommendation for me. I would be more excited if his place in the team hadn't been taken by Sancho of course.

But I don't think he will stop CHO's development. If anything, it may allow CHO to go out on loan rather than just sit in the reserves - where he is more likely to get more first team opportunities. Sarri obviously does not believe CHO is quite ready - and he's not getting much better sitting on the bench. A stint at a top club in another league could be exactly what he needs.

Zahr - all that stuff about Fekir and Icardi is irrelevant. Having another striker in place of Morata (and Giroud) is a priority for sure, but has nothing to do with whether we invest in a winger to replace Pedro and/or Willian. And Fekir is a central attacking midfield player - if we go for him he is more likely to be a replacement for Kovacic.

I see the logic in identifying him. He's matured into a winger at professional level so begins the fazing out of Pedro & Willian, but he started at youth level as a no.10 so there's elements of thinking he could be a Hazard replacement with time. And I know some people are skeptical of the marketing argument, which I understand, but he's the poster boy for one of the fastest growing football markets in the world (America), so he also makes sense as an investment off the pitch.

I don't think his signing would have much to do with CHO at all if I'm being honest, Sarri doesn't trust him as much as some do on here so the point's redundant. As BlueJ2 said, if we signed Pulisic it would level the numbers out enabling CHO to go out on loan which is the next developmental phase for him. People forget he came into this season 17 y/o, there's plenty of time for him yet.

I'd say Hazard going was pretty much a done deal...don't see him staying unless we are in a CL berth minimum...& that aint a given, unless we can win the Euromick

As for Pusilic...no idea never seen him

We need to be replacing the following

Cahill Fabregas Giroud (Morata - but unlikely) Drinkwater Moses

Under threat for age - Willian Pedro
