Forget about Liverpool being top in December, I have always said that the title will be a bun fight between City and Spurs come March or thereabouts, and today`s result reinforces my belief that City are not quite the all singing, all dancing greatest team of all teams that the media will have us believe. They are definitely catcheable.
Spurs I suspect will be right in the thick of it in a month or two as I predicted in August. Bring it on, Spurs are well up for it.
Great week, Spurs beat their biggest rivals and neightbours midweek to progress to a domestic cup semi-final, and their biggest rivals for the title get gubbed at home by Palace a few days later.
