Ole permanently..

I saw something on talksport where a bloke (can't remember who) said that the last two games and performances wasn't down to ole, he's isn't a tactical genius.. the players are the ones that have started attacking the way we are, obviously with ole trust and him allowing the players to express themselves. Ole did say in his press conference that he lets the players express themselves but it's down to them to use their imagination, surely poch does more than telling them to go out and use their imagination, I'm not trying to put a downer on a good feeling at the moment and I would love him to prove everyone wrong, bring youth through, win trophies with the club but does he have the knowledge needed to develop players? Is he too nice or will he finally get rid of the deadwood needed? They're my only worries, hopefully he brings the youth through, improves them, gets rid off the overpaid players that don't suit over style (fellaini, lukaku, possibly Sanchez if his legs have gone)

Time will tell.

You can't put a style or philosophy into place in a week, but the comparison to how we played under Jose is pretty amazing.

Shame on the players mate.
Downing tools and collecting the same pay cheque every week?
I ain't Jose's biggest fan but he didn't deserve that!

----------------------------------------------------------------------

Maybe he shouldn't call them out in public and back them instead

The games against the better quality teams will test Ole’s tactical knowledge.

Even more so when in moments when we are trailing in a game or at a disadvantage (player sent off).

How will Ole adapt to the situation?

If he can show he is capable of gaining a positive result against the odds with relatively the same team/lineup then his chances of succeeding Jose will stand firmer.

We need a positive manager who can guide United through the highs and lows.

Ole has learnt a lot since his days at Cardiff and has adapted to the modern game.

Now, only time will tell if he is a capable of outdoing Poch for the United hotseat.

----------------------------------------------------------------------
Poch gagging for the job is he?
Should stay well put!
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Who would begrudge him a move to United apart from Spurs obviously?

I did feel like responding in this manner to his reply, but I decided to keep it modest lol.

I’m pretty certain that Ole does more than just tells them to go out and express themselves.
